A warm welcome to one of the several new members this year, David is an enthusiastic ab initio student having always wanted to fly. His sport until now has been on the soccer field but David has been looking for something more exciting for kicks!!. David has been living in Canada for 5 years and hails originally from Turkey (playing soccer for local team Galatasaray) but stopped in the UK for 4 years to get his Masters degree in Management. He has flown in a Puchacz in the UK as well as in Turkey but just for fun. Now David wants to train as a glider pilot and is impressed with the number of different gliders at SOSA as well as the good instruction. David lives in the Toronto west end, former Etobicoke area, and works at Kraft as a sales manager. Ladies, he is not tethered!!
